Welcome to MindStash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MindStash service, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
MindStash is a service that allows users to capture interests, receive AI-assisted research, and obtain weekly digests of curated content based on their interests. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, including the OpenAI API, to process and research user-submitted content ("finds").
3.1. To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account.
3.2. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6.1. By submitting content to MindStash (such as interests, queries, or other information), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6.2. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
7.1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MindStash.
7.2. MindStash has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7.3. You acknowledge and agree that MindStash shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such third-party websites or services.
7.4. Our Service uses the OpenAI API to process and research content you submit. By using our Service, you consent to your submitted content being processed by OpenAI in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy.
8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8.3. To delete your account and data, please send an email request to hello@mindstash.app.
9.1. In no event shall MindStash, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

12.1. MindStash is currently offered as a free beta service.
12.2. In the future, MindStash may offer premium paid features or subscription plans, which will be subject to additional terms and conditions.
12.3. Any changes to the pricing structure will be communicated to users in advance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
